We would like to share some great news about our parent company, the ManpowerGroup
You may not realise, but Right Management who are the partner company to the Ministry of Defence to form the Career Transition Partnership, is a wholly owned subsidiary of ManpowerGroup, the world leader in innovative workforce solutions.

Being part of a company with local expertise and a global reach across more than 80 countries, means that the Career Transition Partnership staff who provide resettlement advice and services for those leaving the Armed Forces, are up to date with best practise. This means the career transition support given is constantly reviewed and up-to-date and our links to employers in terms of the no cost recruitment solutions we offer are second to none. We apply this knowledge and expertise to our relationships with the hundreds of companies we work with to promote their vacancies to Service leavers and provide access for them to the talent they need – leavers of the Armed Forces!

We are proud to report that ManpowerGroup was recently designated, for the second year in a row, one of the World's Most Ethical Companies. The ManpowerGroup suite of solutions is offered through ManpowerGroup Solutions, Manpower, Experis and Right Management, and through our specialised expertise we provide services to a wide range of organisations.

In the announcement, the Ethisphere Institute, a leading international think-tank, noted that the competition is becoming more intense as more companies vie to be among the Most Ethical. Honorees are carefully scrutinised and selected for their extraordinary ethical business standards, innovative ideas that benefit the public and for demonstrating "how corporate citizenship is undoubtedly tied to the success of a company’s brand and bottom line."

This award provides an acknowledgment of how we think and act ethically as a company, and Jeffrey A. Joerres, ManpowerGroup Chairman and CEO, said, "this recognition means a great deal to ManpowerGroup's people because we take tremendous pride in doing good while doing well — leveraging our core capabilities to create innovative solutions to challenges that are right for the world around us and for our business".
