Are You an Aspiring Senior Manager or Business Consultant?

Category: Training Publish date: 08/01/2016

Are You an Aspiring Senior Manager or Business Consultant? On average, most organisations will experience a ‘crisis’ once every 8 years and as a result, many will suffer long-term damage; some will not survive at all... (Estimated by risk advisors ‘Willis’)

Due to the increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world in which organisations have to operate and compete in, their business models and operations have also become increasingly complex and diverse. It is therefore more important than ever that they have solid resilience planning in place. By having plans that are well designed, current and fully tested, they can significantly reduce the risk to their organisation including reputational damage and ensure that business continuity is maintained during any adverse or threatening situation.

The 5 day Leading and Managing Organisational Resilience programme provides Service leavers with an opportunity to gain a commercial understanding of resilience, how to identify and manage risk and how to deliver resilience programmes through in-depth underpinning knowledge, simulated exercises, planning and presentation.
