Cycling Essentials Course

Cycling Essentials Course This is a 5-day course for amateur cyclists which will provide attendees with the knowledge and skills to inspect, maintain and repair their own bikes. In addition, attendees will learn how to gain maximum enjoyment from their cycling experience through good fit and comfort and understanding the principles of training and recovery needed to achieve their personal cycling goals or ambitions.

As well as learning maintenance and repair skills, each attendee will have an individual assessment of their cycling and their bike/s and a training plan can be put in place. This is a unique course put together for Service leavers and is not available elsewhere. There is no qualification but attendees will gain the practical skills and knowledge to maximise their cycling experience.

Attendees can bring up to 3 bikes of any type (road, mountain, hybrid, gravel) to the course.
