As a Virgin Media Technician, you’ll be a brand ambassador by delivering a simply brilliant first impression to our customers. Whether you’re installing our amazing digital products and services into homes or businesses, or helping to solve a customer’s problem, you’ll do it with passion and skill.
Of course, every customer is different, and every install will be different too. It’s how you handle each situation that will set you apart. You’re resilient, so you can rise to any challenge and handle anything the customer throws at you the Virgin way - with composure and respect.

You don’t need any technical experience beyond an interest in Telecoms, IT, or electrics - our training programme will get you up to speed. To succeed in this role, you’ll have a logical approach to solving problems and get a buzz out of helping people. You’ll also need:
- A full, valid UK manual driving licence
- To be able to build memorable relationships
- Adaptability for new daily challenges
- To be comfortable working at heights and outside in all weathers
