We’re now looking for highly disciplined, motivated and skilled individuals to join our organisation – and Service leavers we know, are often the perfect fit. We have a wide range of full time opportunities available throughout the business, from the highly skilled hands-on trades, to office-based Supply Chain & Operations roles.
There are also opportunities for those of you who don’t possess any boat building skills to join us in a supportive capacity, as a Trade Mate. In conjunction with your Enhanced Learning Credits at your nearest College, you’ll be able to gain experience alongside many of our highly skilled team members.
We’re also giving Service leavers the opportunity to take advantage of our Work Placement Scheme. This has been designed to help you find your feet in “Civvy Street” and ensure you benefit from a seamless transition.
