Sunseeker International Ltd. is proud to announce a new partnership with the Career Transition Programme (CTP), the official provider of military resettlement, for 2022 – an extension to the business’ prior Armed Forces Covenant commitment.

Across six manufacturing facilities, the Sunseeker production team build a wide range of luxury yachts. Surpassing all expectation with its simple supremacy, the 50 Ocean rightfully sits atop the pile.
We’re pleased to be opening opportunities for Service leavers working with CTP to join the Sunseeker family as a Carpenter, Electrician, Mechanical Fitter, Engineer, or Composites/GRP Technician, across all of our sites. Trainee roles are also available in most trades, so even without experience, there’s an opportunity to ‘Seek More’ at Sunseeker for everybody.
Also new in 2022 is a significantly improved pay structure across all of our production trades. This new structure was created after analysis of benchmarking data, helping us to ‘Seek More’ for our highly skilled production workforce. After extensive discussions with Sunseeker’s shareholder, we’re pleased to be implementing a three tiered pay structure review for 2022, to include;
- A significant uplift to the basic rate of pay (14% average uplift)
- Introduction of efficiency bonuses (£80 per month)
- Introduction of behavioural incentive payments
