Seek More at Sunseeker, the global luxury motor yacht icon Sunseeker International Ltd. is proud to announce a new partnership with the Career Transition Programme (CTP), the official provider of military resettlement, for 2022 – an extension to the business’ prior Armed Forces Covenant commitment.

Based and manufactured in Poole and Portland on the south coast of England, Sunseeker is one of Dorset’s largest private employers and is represented on every continent by a global network of distributors. Never settling for second best, it’s this spirit of excellence that has driven Sunseeker to its leading position in the marine industry today.

Across six manufacturing facilities, the Sunseeker production team build a wide range of luxury yachts. Our £535,000 Hawk 38 offers brutal power and performance matched by our trademark elegant design, whilst our flagship, the Sunseeker 50 Ocean, is worth every penny of the £28.5 million it demands. Surpassing all expectation with its simple supremacy, the 50 Ocean rightfully sits atop the pile.

We’re pleased to be opening opportunities for Service leavers working with CTP to join the Sunseeker family as a Carpenter, Electrician, Mechanical Fitter, Engineer, or Composites/GRP Technician, across all of our sites. Trainee roles are also available in most trades, so even without experience, there’s an opportunity to ‘Seek More’ at Sunseeker for everybody.

Also new in 2022 is a significantly improved pay structure across all of our production trades. This new structure was created after analysis of benchmarking data, helping us to ‘Seek More’ for our highly skilled production workforce. After extensive discussions with Sunseeker’s shareholder, we’re pleased to be implementing a three tiered pay structure review for 2022, to include;

  • A significant uplift to the basic rate of pay (14% average uplift)
  • Introduction of efficiency bonuses (£80 per month)
  • Introduction of behavioural incentive payments
