Partner with the best

The Military Leadership programme is a two-year programme for exceptional, transitioning military personnel, seeking to launch successful, accelerated, post-military careers as leaders and innovators within Baker Hughes.

As a participant in the Military Leadership Programme - MLP, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Working on two to three diverse assignments in your specific domain area.
  • Participating in structured career development, receiving coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training to create opportunities for career advancement.
  • Networking globally - leading programme initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with business leaders.
  • Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams.

Assignment Tracks

We will have 2 separate intake dates for the Programme. The first rotation will commence in August 2022 and the second in January 2023 (subject to negotiation).

Various assignment tracks are available depending on background and interests, including but not limited to: Supply Chain, Digital Technology, Commercial, Technology, Projects and Services.
