Attributes
If you are adaptable, committed, able to transfer your skills and want to develop as part of a team, then you have a significant number of the attributes required to work for Drumgrange.
Skills
Having worked within engineering, you should understand the Engineering Lifecycle and have undertaken an Apprenticeship, HnC, HnD or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent. You will have the necessary technical background to provide written bids, and all these qualifications will be viewed alongside the practical application garnered from your experience within the services.
Benefits
We can offer you a career that enables you to grow, blend and develop your skills. Working on interesting complex projects without the hierarchy and red tape that comes from working in bigger organisations. The Company provides flexible working, competitive terms & conditions, private medical insurance, a company pension scheme and a relocation package if required.
Service leavers
Service leavers are a valued resource within our organisation and are central to the harmonisation of the services that we provide to the Armed Forces. Having a clear understanding of the necessity of delivering projects, the ability to solve problems and the capacity to think on your feet, with a background in the Armed Forces, makes you a prized asset within the business.
In 2017 Drumgrange received the Silver Award after proudly signing the Armed Forces Corporate Covenant. This agreement reinforces our commitment to the Armed Forces community and the employment of veterans. We also support our employees who are members of the Reserve Forces by accommodating their training and deployment where possible. You can read the full pledge Drumgrange signed
