Persimmon Homes: 100th Successful Apprenticeship completed with Combat to Construction Combat to Construction Bricklayer Aidrean Salem is the 100th successful apprentice to pass out of the scheme since its inception in 2015. Aidrean, who spent 6½ years in the Army prior to joining Persimmon Homes, is currently working as a qualified tradesman on a development in our North East region.

Along with others in his intake based throughout the country he achieved a successful transition, has gained an industry recognised skill and full time permanent job. Recruitment is on-going with immediate starts in some areas.

Intakes are planned for June, September, and November to meet the growing demand for skilled workers in the house building industry.
