Moody’s Veteran’s Insight Programme (MVIP)

The MVIP is a temporary work placement initiative for service leavers designed by the London-based Veterans Employee Resource Group to support the veteran transition experience for candidates interested in finance and the capital markets.

“From our experience in the armed forces we know first-hand the diverse set of skills, experience and talent those transitioning from the military can bring to bear in the financial services sector. This programme will give those transitioning from the military exceptional insight into specific business units across Moody’s Corporation whilst helping to set them onto a career path within financial services.”
-Co-Chairs of Moody’s UK Veterans Employee Resource Group - Oliver Brown and Richard Etheridge

The programme is expected to run for between 4 – 8 weeks (exact duration will be confirmed on a case by case basis). Following an interview and selection process, each MVIP participant will be placed in a team to receive exposure to the business, deliver project-based work and receive on-the-job training. In addition, participants will have access to a variety of personal development training and networking opportunities.
