Business Pathways

Business Change Consultant

As a Business Change Consultant, you will:
  • Work alongside project teams to elaborate business requirements and ensure solutions deliver to those requirements.
  • Identify business change needs.
  • Design and implement change activities to ensure the business is ready to adopt the new solution.
About You
  • Educated to a degree level or have equivalent experience.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Have excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Relish solving complex problems.
  • Are highly organised.
  • Comfortable working in highly challenging environments.
  • Able to support yourself during the training period.

Junior Sales Executive

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will:
  • Engage with new prospective customers and represent the company.
  • Identify key decision makers and develop and qualify new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting.
  • Drive lead generation to build our brand and client-base.

Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will:
  • Interpret data and offer our clients insight into improving their business.
  • Collate data from a variety of sources and interpret patterns and trends, exploring what they mean for the business.
  • Communicate the output of your analysis to senior stakeholders.
