Forces Sales and Service Training Programme – Jaguar Land Rover What's the role?
Sharing our passion for classic cars and beautiful innovations, you’re proud to deliver a premium experience for our customers. You’ll offer an impressive service from start to finish: whether that’s in Sales, helping our customers to look for their dream car, taking them through the process from start to finish, or in the Service department, where as a vital member of the team, you will assist customers whose cars are in for repair, maintaining an excellent level of customer service is delivered throughout.

What do you need to apply?
There are no set qualifications needed to apply for our Sales and Service Programme, we are simply looking for passionate people who would like to get into the automotive industry working with our prestigious brand.

In return, you will be placed onto our tailor-made training programme, in which you will be given all the knowledge needed to start employment in one of our Retailers.

For the Sales Training programme, you can expect to be taught about the purchase experience, the JLR products and technologies and how to effectively manage your time and customer demands.

For the Service Training programme, you can expect to be taught about the service experience within JLR, an introduction into warranty, and how this can be applied to giving our customers the highest level of customer service.

After completing the course, you will have all necessary skills and knowledge needed to start your new role as a Sales Executive or a Service Advisor.
