Bombardier Services is expanding! Bombardier is in the process of more than doubling the capacity and footprint of its London Biggin Hill Service Centre. The new hangar is scheduled to be operational by early 2022, while the new Service Centre will provide customers in the region with extended maintenance support - reinforcing Bombardier’s customer service experience in Europe.

The nearly 250,000-square foot (23,225-square metre) facility, with the capacity to accommodate 14 Global 7500 aircrafts at the same time, will introduce a range of sought-after capabilities. These will include state-of-the-art installations, a paint shop, interior refurbishment, repair and overhaul workshops and an integrated parts depot; all while bringing the facility’s workforce to more than 250 employees.

Bombardier Aerospace is therefore now seeking experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, B1/B2/C for its facility in London Biggin Hill Airport, United Kingdom. The role will involve troubleshooting, repairs, inspections and performing maintenance on customer aircrafts. Our engineers are also expected to perform and document all work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required.

We’re looking for individuals who can demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, leadership skills and who are pro-active with the ability to support the rest of the team. Our London Service Centre presents a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as a Licensed Engineer. You’ll have the opportunity to obtain type ratings, be involved in complex maintenance checks and modifications, mentor apprentices and junior mechanics, and progress your career through a variety of avenues.
