believe housing is an award-winning not-for-profit housing association, which provides more than 18,000 affordable homes in communities stretching from the rural north Pennines to the Durham coast. A £70m project to create 700 new homes throughout the region is well underway, alongside a £138m programme of improvements to existing properties.

what about the role?
In this role you and our team will design, procure, lead, configure and manage our on premise and cloud technical infrastructure, to maximise system availability within the IT Service and ensure service levels are maintained.
You will be key in ensuring our technology and solutions are delivered and managed to high standards of IT security.
We are seeking to recruit people who are highly motivated, with excellent experience in fields of networking, server and storage management. You will work in a team managing the following technology solutions: firewalls, DMZ, web filters, switches, routers and all parts of the lan and wan, wireless networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN ( Pulse Secure ), Active Directory, Exchange, VMWARE, SAN Technology, Linux, DPM\Backup Solutions, Disaster Recovery, Office365 and Azure.
