The best way to find the right ex-military candidates is to meet them for yourself. Our popular Employment Fairs provide a fantastic forum in which you can meet potential employees face-to-face.

How our Employment Fairs work

Service leavers can visit your stand to ask questions about your organisation or industry, and learn about employment opportunities. We also encourage them to hand out their CVs to employers – the starting point for many a successful placement….

Typically, these events can attract up to 500 highly trained, motivated Service leavers and 50+ organisations across all industry sectors. We hold Employment Fairs throughout the year across the UK, usually in external venues in major cities.

Excellent value at minimal cost

Our events exist purely to bring Service leavers and employers together - which is why we charge a minimal fee per stand simply to cover venue costs. There’s no fee whatsoever for any placements made either during or after the event, or for using our other no cost services for employers. Please read on to find out more.

During an Employment Fair, Service leavers can visit your stand in order to ask questions about your organisation or industry, and learn about employment opportunities you have. We encourage Service leavers to bring copies of their CVs so they can hand them out to employers and this has resulted in many successful placements.

Our events are excellent value for money and we only charge a minimal fee per stand which includes lunch and refreshments for two delegates. This amount is simply to cover the venue costs as our events are aimed purely at providing a forum in which to bring Service leavers and employers together. We hope that you will agree that this represents excellent value for money, particularly as there is no fee whatsoever for any placements made either during or after the event, or by using our other no cost services for employers.
