For employers in the civilian market this represents an unrivalled pool of talent which can be accessed through the CTP. CTP offer a wide range of no cost recruitment services which employers can take advantage of in order to promote their organisation along with current vacancies. CTP's on-line job matching service, RightJob, enables employers' vacancies to be accessed by suitable candidates and for those who would like to meet candidates face-to-face the CTP arranges regular employment fairs nationwide.
Whether an organisation has local or national vacancies, there is support from local CTP Employment Consultants who are based in major cities and regions across the UK and in Germany, or from the national key account team. The key account team work with organisations who have nationwide requirements to help design and manage the recruitment process within CTP and ensure individual employers' specific needs are met.
