How to Book RRC Workshops/Briefings
Note: These steps apply ONLY to Workshops (such as one of the Core or Follow on Workshops/Briefings). If you wish to apply for a Vocational Training Course, you must apply for those direct with the Resettlement Training Centre (RTC) at Aldershot as they administrate all training courses, regardless of whether you are actually undertaking the course at a RRC.
Step 1
You should telephone or email the RRC running the event to check the availability of places on dates convenient to you. Once dates are agreed, the RRC will make a provisional booking for you.
Step 2
You need to obtain authorisation from your Service Resettlement Adviser and your Commanding Officer. You do this by completing a MoD Form 363 and ask them to sign it before sending it back to the RRC.
Step 3
The RRC needs to receive your MoD Form 363 as soon as possible after your provisional booking to confirm your place.
Step 4
Once your completed MoD Form 363 has been received, your joining instructions will be sent to you.
