We offer a range of Management courses that can help bridge the gap between military and commercial experience.
COMMERCIAL AWARENESS IN PRACTICE - RRC TIDWORTH
Interactive, 1 week or 2 day courses consisting of practical exercises, simulation packages, case study sessions and project presentations to generate a fun learning experience whilst exploring the commercial world of business.
This suite of courses has been uniquely designed and tailored to enable you to build on your existing military skills and knowledge. They will help to provide you with greater awareness and understanding of commercial demands, expectations, processes and practices.
Please note that courses starting on or after the 1st October 2010 include an annual price change.

It is intended for people who are considering a move into Management Consultancy from a functional discipline or for those who wish to obtain initial skills and knowledge required in the field of commercial Management Consultancy.

PRINCE2 - RRCs Tidworth, Rosyth, Portsmouth, NORTHOLT & Herford
Organise, plan and control projects quickly and effectively in accordance with the PRINCE methodology. This course is particularly suited to those with a management background and experience in project/team management.
This five day combined course is currently priced at £1174. However, please note that prices will change from 1st October 2010 and if you wish to book a Prince 2 course starting after 1st October 2010 the price will be £1184.50
