They can be downloaded and printed off if required, but remember to get the signatures required from your unit and Service Resettlement Advisor before sending them to CTP.

Authority to Attend Resettlement Activities.

Authority to attend Resettlement Training Activities. This form is only to be used for Resettlement Training purposes. All other Resettlement Activities should be applied for on Form 363.

Resettlement Complaint Form
This form is to be used if you are a Service leaver who has a complaint about the resettlement provision received.
Pension Booklets
There are 2 Armed Forces pension schemes for members of the Regular Armed Forces.
Armed Forces Pension Scheme 1975 (AFPS 75)
The first was introduced in April 1975 and was closed to new entrants from 6th April 2005.
Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005 (AFPS 05)
The new scheme was introduced 6th April 2005 for new entrants.
