If you entered the Services before 1 Sep 2002 and have completed between 3 and 5 years time served, or if you entered on or after 1 Sep 2002 and have completed between 4 and 6 years time served, then you are eligible for the Employment Support Programme provided by the Career Transition Partnership (CTP).
Employment support is available to assist you into civilian employment and includes access to RightJob, our on-line vacancy database, assistance from an Employment Consultant, and a job finding pack giving you tips and information on selling yourself in the civilian job market. The service is available from six months prior to discharge until two years after you have left.
