Welcome to the Workshops and Training Courses section.
A workshop is usually short, such as the three day Career Transition Workshop, or the two day Business Start Up Workshop. Workshops take place at Regional Resettlement Centres (RRCs).
Vocational training courses are longer, lasting from 1 week up to 4-5 weeks. Training courses are delivered at the Resettlement Training Centre (RTC) in Aldershot, sometimes at RRCs, and also through Preferred Suppliers (external training providers that have been vetted by CTP).
You can search in the Courses section of this site for a CTP workshop or course by type and location, and check whether there are places available. The section is broken into four parts (as detailed below) so click into the one relevant to your needs, enter your search criteria and the courses that match it will be displayed.

There is a wide choice of training courses available from external training providers, known as Preferred Suppliers. You can search by selecting the type of training you require and will be shown contact details for the Preferred Suppliers that match your criteria.
The CTP runs a large number of vocational training courses at the Resettlement Training Centre, Aldershot, and selected Regional Resettlement Centres. You can search for a particular course and date range that suits you, and the results will indicate whether places are available.
