How To Book RTC Courses
Step 1
You should telephone or email the Resettlement Training Centre (RTC) at Aldershot direct (not the centre where the course is taking place) to check the availability of places on dates convenient to you. Once dates are agreed, the RTC will make a provisional booking for you.
Step 2
You need to obtain authorisation from your Service Resettlement Adviser and your Commanding Officer. You do this by completing a MoD Form 363T and asking them to authorise it by signing the form.
Note: The RTC needs to receive your MoD Form 363T within 28 days of your provisional booking or your provisional place will be cancelled.
Step 3
Once we have received your completed MoD Form 363T, we will send joining instructions.
