Mission Statement
Our mission is to enable Service leavers to secure the best possible civilian employment after discharge from the Armed Forces by ensuring that potential employers are fully aware of the benefits of employing Service leavers, by virtue of their high quality transferable skills, personal integrity and reliability; and Service leavers are aware of the benefits of participating in the CTP programmes to which they are either entitled or eligible.
