The Regular Forces Employment Association (RFEA) is part of the CTP and assists ex-regular Servicemen and women in finding employment, linking your organisation with the best candidates for your jobs
The Officers' Association (OA) is also part of the CTP and offers a recruitment service for employers offering executive opportunities.

Although the CTP offers a vast array of training courses and workshops, organisations who meet our specified criteria can also run courses for Service leavers. To discuss joint training opportunities please contact the CTP Director of Training.
