Employment Fairs

CTP Employment Fairs attract hundreds of Service leavers of all ranks and specialisations, ages and aspirations. Although they may be at various stages of resettlement, attendees all have two factors in common:

  • They possess high levels of skills, experience and employability.
  • They will all be looking for employment, either now or in the future.


These events allow your organisation to meet potential employees and build sustainable networks with resettlement advisors, other businesses and CTP.

Who runs the Fairs?

CTP operates through Regional Resettlement Centres (RRCs) at nine military bases in the UK and one in Germany. As well as providing career change advice and job finding support to Service leavers, the 120 civilian staff at the centres also organise the Employment Fairs.  Click on Events to view our latest schedule.

What do they cost?

The CTP only charge stand holders where a cost is incurred and the RRC who is hosting the event can advise you of the amount.  Costs include the provision of lunch and refreshments, as well as exhibition space.

How do you apply to attend?

Contact details are provided with the entry of each event on our Events Calendar.  Simply email or telephone the member of staff nominated at the RRC hosting the event and they will be happy to help you further and take you through the next steps.
