Karen Maxwell was an Operator Mechanic in the Royal Navy and left in 2001. As she went on to find her own employment upon leaving the Navy, Karen only recently made use of the job finding assistance available to her through the RFEA and our online job finding website RightJob. She quickly found employment with a naval charity, the White Ensign Association (WEA) where she is now Office Manager, situated on HMS Belfast. Commander Philip Doyne-Ditmas MBE Royal Navy is Karen’s line manager and is responsible for WEA Administration, IT, Meeting management, Council visits and Panel of Advisers. He is the area representative for the South West.
